Hamburg will remain firmly anchored on the international WTA calendar in 2026. The MSC Hamburg Ladies Open are set to take place next summer from 19 to 26 July 2026 at the Rothenbaum Tennis Complex. The qualifying rounds of the WTA 250 event will begin on Sunday, 19 July, with the final scheduled for Sunday, 26 July. The WTA has now officially confirmed these dates to Tournament Director Sandra Reichel.

“We are very pleased that Hamburg will once again become a meeting point for the international elite of women’s tennis in 2026,” said Tournament Director Reichel. “Our goal remains unchanged: to offer fans world-class tennis, a platform for rising talents, close access to the stars, and a very special atmosphere at Hamburg’s Rothenbaum.”

As contractually agreed before the inaugural edition last July, MSC, the world’s largest shipping company, will continue its role as title sponsor next year. “We are proud to work with such a strong partner as MSC, who shares our vision of combining top-level tennis with genuine Hanseatic hospitality. We have big plans together for 2026 as well,” Reichel added.

The MSC Hamburg Ladies Open 2026 once again promise a high-quality field, outstanding entertainment, and world-class tennis right in the heart of the Hanseatic city.

Ticket sales for the MSC Hamburg Ladies Open 2026 will begin in early December.
