Alexandre Sidorenko will face sixth seed Igor Sijsling in Sunday’s title match of the €42,500 Open Harmonie Mutuelle in St. Brieuc.

The French wild card rallied back against Aleksandr Nedovyesov, winning 3-6, 6-3, 6-0. Sidorenko sent down six aces, winning 84% of his first service points to advance to his only second final on ATP Challenger level after one hour and 32 minutes. Back in 2008, the 28-year-old St. Petersburg native lost the title match against Kristof Vliegen in straight stets.

Sidorenko will take on Igor Sijsling, who ended the winning streak of second local wild card Gleb Sakharov, winning 3-6, 7-5, 6-4. The world number 157 from the Netherlands withstood 10 aces, hitting six of his own to prevail in exactly two hours of play.

Sidorenko and Sijsling will meet for the first time.
