DELRAY BEACH, January 22, 2026 (Media Release)

The entry list for the 2026 Delray Beach Open ATP 250 event includes four past champions, two Grand Slam finalists and seven players currently ranked among the world’s top 30 to make it one of the strongest lineups in recent years.

World No. 9 and two-time champion Taylor Fritz of the U.S. seeks a record third title. Other past champions returning include his compatriot Frances Tiafoe, Great Britain’s Cameron Norrie and defending singles and doubles champion Miomir Kecmanovic of Serbia.

Making his debut this year is No. 13 Casper Ruud of Norway, who has reached three Grand Slam finals – 2022 and 2023 French Open and the 2022 US Open – leading to a career-high ranking of No. 2. Fritz reached the US Open final in 2024.

The entry list includes seven players who combined for 10 ATP titles last season, including two-time titlist Flavio Cobolli, who also led Italy to the Davis Cup title, and Valentin Vacherot, who at No. 204 became the lowest-ranked player ever to win a Masters 1000 event after upsetting No. 5 Novak Djokovic in the Shanghai semifinals.

The younger players in the tournament are also among the best of their generation. There are seven players age 25 or younger, and six of them have qualified for past ATP NextGen Finals, the year-end event that highlights the best young players on tour: Brandon Nakashima, Alex Michelsen, Learner Tien, Sebastian Korda, Cobolli and Rafael Jodar. Tien won it last December and Nakashima won it in 2022. Older players who qualified when they were younger include Fritz, Tiafoe and Kecmanovic, who all went on to win the Delray Beach Open.
