After three successful editions of the Platzmann Open, world-class tennis will once again return to the Stadtpark in Lüdenscheid, Germany next year. From July 28 to August 4, 2024, the clay courts of the Lüdenscheider TV will host matches as part of the ATP Challenger Tour.

“We are already tremendously excited about the upcoming edition of the Platzmann Open. With the fourth edition, we are demonstrating to our partners and fans that they can reliably look forward to world-class tennis in the Sauerland,” says tournament director Rogier Wassen.

Regarding the preparations, Wassen states, “We are already working on the program and are, of course, in contact with players. In the first three editions, the players gave us a lot of positive feedback. The excellent conditions made the participation of players like Benoit Paire possible. For the fourth edition of the Platzmann Open, we aim for an even stronger field in the biggest clay-court tournament in North Rhine-Westphalia.”

Tickets for the tournament will be available in spring at https://platzmann-open.com/. The date for the start of ticket sales will be announced in due time.
