“This is an important victory for me, but not the biggest success, because I played the Davis Cup Finals last year,” said Gojo, who appeared in his second title match on the ATP Challenger Tour after finishing runner-up to Chun-hsin Tseng at the Bengaluru Open in February.

The 24-year-old Split native earned €6,190 in prize money as well as 80 ATP Ranking points. Gojo is scheduled to stay in Italy for another week competing in next week’s Trofeo Perrel – Faip ATP Challenger hard-court event in Bergamo.
