M15 Nules ESP – Teenager Georgii Kravchenko captures maiden title
Georgii Kravchenko triumphed at the I Open Caixa Rural Nules, hosted at S.C.U.D.E Nules, to celebrate his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The 19-year-old Ukrainian emerged victorious from the semi-final clash of the unseeded teenagers, beating Damien Wenger from Switzerland in straight sets.
The tournament’s top favourite Johan Nikles from Switzerland made the last step to the final by edging out Brazilian No. 3 seed Jordan Correia in two sets.
Kyiv-born Kravchenko outpointed his 22-year-old opponent 113-107, to get the final win by the score of 4-6, 6-2, 7-6 after two hours and 34 minutes.
M25 Naples USA – Genaro Alberto Olivieri prevails in Florida
The $25,000 Sanchez-Casal Florida sponsored by Germain BMW of Naples, held at Academia Sanchez-Casal Florida, concluded with the victory of Genaro Alberto Olivieri.
The former No. 8 in the ITF Juniors stopped the run of the last US-American in the singles draw, Jordi Arconada, who entered the tournament on position two, in the stage of the final four in three sets.
Cristian Rodriguez from Colombia benefited in the semi-finals from the retirement of Bulgarian teenager Adrian Andreev, who was ranked No. 2 in the ITF Juniors last year, at the score of 3-2 in the first set.
21-year-old Olivieri capitalized on five of his 11 break-point opportunities and lost four service games in the championship match to secure a 7-5, 6-3 win after 90 minutes. The Argentine lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, both won in 2019.
M25 Monastir TUN – Alexandre Muller continues his series
Alexandre Muller, who has won at least one trophy per season on the ITF World Tennis Tour since 2016, captured the first title in 2019 at the Monastir Open, hosted at Tennis Club Monastir.
The 22-year-old French edged past German No. 6 seed Peter Torebko, who was official hitting partner at the ATP Tour Finals in London last year, in the semi-finals in three sets.
Last week’s Monastir champion Petros Chrysochos from Cyprus battled through the bottom half of the draw and defeated left-handed Italian Gianluigi Quinzi from Italy in the semis in straight sets.
Top seeded Muller dropped three service games and converted four of his nine break-point chances in the title match, to prevail 3-6, 7-6, 6-2 after two hours and 13 minutes.
The Poissy native celebrated his seventh career title on the ITF Pro Circuit.
M15 Opava CZE – David Poljak claims victory on home soil
David Poljak
David Poljak is the champion of the Opava Indor Open 2019, held at Tennis Centrum Opava.
In the all-Czech semi-finals, the No. 8 seed advanced versus left-handed Robin Stanek in straight sets.
Peter Nouza rallied past veteran Jaroslav Pospisil, who reached a career high at World No. 103 in 2011, in two sets.
23-year-old Poljak withstood 12 aces from his 38-year-old rival to get the final win by the score of 6-4, 6-4 in 62 minutes. The Ostrava-born lifted his fourth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Parnu EST – Evgenii Tiurnev earns his second title of the season
The Paf Open 2019, hosted at Pärnu Tennis Center, concluded with the championship of Evgenii Tiurnev.
The 22-year-old Russian advanced from the top half of the draw, defeating German lefty Stefan Seifert in three sets.
No. 8 seeded Vladimir Ivanov from Estonia stopped the run of German qualifier Lasse Muscheites in the semi-finals in three sets.
No. 4 seeded Tiurnev fired 16 aces and won 92 per cent of his first-service points during the 84 minutes lasting championship match, to secure a 6-2, 7-6 victory. The Gattschina native celebrated his 12th singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Sharm El Sheikh EGY – Pablo Vivero Gonzalez celebrates back-to-back titles on Egyptian soil
No. 3 seeded Pablo Vivero Gonzalez got the trophy of the M15 Sharm El Sheikh tournament, held at Soho Square, to clinch his second consecutive title at the same place.
The Spaniard knocked off Italian top seed Julian Ocleppo in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Polish runner-up Kacper Zuk, who entered the tournament on position two, took the last step to the final by beating French No. 8 seed Kyrian Jacquet in three sets.
Scoring one point more than his 20-year-old opponent, Madrid-born Vivero Gonzalez claimed a 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 win in the title match in two hours and 13 minutes. The 24-year-old lifted his 11th career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his third in 2019.
M15 Meshref KUW – Marko Tepavac seals his third title of the season
Marko Tepavac took the title of the M15 Meshref tournament, hosted at Kuwait Tennis Federation, to lift his third trophy in 2019.
The No. 2 seed of Serbia overcame No. 3 seeded Kai Wehnelt from Germany, who played college tennis for the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
Venezulean top seed Ricardo Rodriguez advanced to the final by beating No. 5 seeded Alexander Igoshin from Russia in three sets.
25-year-old Tepavac won 92 per cent of his first-service points by striking nine aces in the title match to prevail 6-4, 6-2 in 90 minutes. The Belgrade-born, who has won at least one title every season since 2014, celebrated his 17th career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour in addition to his ATP Challenger title in Karshi 2016.
M15 Tabarka TUN – Teenager Nicholas David Ionel captures back-to-back titles in Tabarka
Following his triumph at the same place last week, Nicholas Dacid Ionel triumphed at the Magic Tours tournament, held at Thabraca Magic Hotel in Tabarka. The 17-year-old Romanian lifted his fourth consecutive singles trophy on the ITF Pro Circuit.
The Bucharest native battled past Italian top seed Fabrizio Ornago in the semi-finals in two close sets.
Italian Andrea Picchione made the last step to the championship match by defeating Peter Nagy from Hungary in three sets.
No. 7 seeded Ionel outpointed his 21-year-old rival 100-97 in two hours and 37 minutes to get the final victory by the score of 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.
Alongside his countryman Petru-Alexandru Luncanu, the teenager clinched his first doubles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour in addition to his four singles titles.

M15 Antalya TUR – Jonathan Eysseric ends his drought period
Frenchman Jonathan Eysseric clinched the trophy of the GD Tennis Cup Series, hosted at Kaya Belek Resort Hotel in Antalya.
The 29-year-old lefty rallied past top seeded Michael Vrbensky from the Czech Republic in the stage of the final four in three sets.
The tournament’s No. 2 Ronald Slobodchikov from Russia knocked off Serbian No. 3 seed Marko Miladinovic, who was ranked No. 2 as a junior last year, in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Eysseric, former No. 1 in the ITF Junior Rankings, won 83 per cent of his first-service points in the championship match to seal a 6-4, 6-3 win after one hour and 54 minutes. Following his last title win in 2016, the wildcard entry celebrated his 17th career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
