Andrea Collarini clinched his maiden title on the ATP Challenger Tour. The 27-year-old Argentine defeated Andrej Martin, top seed of the Internazionali Di Tennis Citta’ Dell’Aquila, 6-3, 6-1 in the singles final. Tomislav Brkic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ante Pavic from Croatia captured their seventh ATP Challenger doubles crown.
The second edition of the €46,600 clay-court event was held from 19 to 25 August 2019 at the Circolo Tennis L’Aquila. Situated in Central Italy and laid out within medieval walls on a hill in the wide valley of the Aterno river, the city is surrounded by the Apennine Mountains, with the Gran Sasso d’Italia to the north-east.
