Yannick Hanfmann is the singles champion of the inaugural €43,000 WOLFFKRAN Open, held from 16 to 22 October 2017 held on carpet at the Sportpark in Ismaning.
The 25-year-old German fought past Lorenzo Sonego of Italy in an exciting final 6-4, 3-6, 7-5. Hanfmann lifted his first trophy on the ATP Challenger Tour after one hour and 58 minutes. Six of the eight seeds in Ismaning were from Germany and the tournament’s third seed eventually emerged victorious.
Marin Draganja and Tomislav Draganja from Croatia captured the doubles title. The siblings defeated the German tandem of Dustin Brown and Tim Pütz 6-7, 6-2, 10-8.
