The Arizona Tennis Classic returns next week for its sixth edition, bringing another week of world-class tennis to the Valley. Scheduled for March 9–15, the tournament is Arizona’s only stop on the ATP Challenger Tour and will once again feature a strong field of Top 50 players, international contenders and promising rising stars.

Hosted at the historic Phoenix Country Club, the event offers fans a rare opportunity to experience elite professional tennis in an intimate setting. Perfectly positioned between the prestigious Indian Wells Masters and the Miami Open, the Arizona Tennis Classic has become a key stop on the spring calendar, giving players a valuable chance to compete at a high level during one of the busiest stretches of the season.

Former Top 25 veteran Jan-Lennard Struff and breakout French powerhouse Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard round out a compelling blend of talent across generations.

Since launching in 2019, the Arizona Tennis Classic has quickly established itself as a premier stop on the Challenger circuit. With $250,000 in prize money and 175 ATP Ranking points on the line, the tournament consistently delivers an exhilarating experience for local tennis fans while maintaining the accessibility and atmosphere that set it apart.

“What makes this tournament truly special is the rare combination of world-class competition and an unmatched atmosphere,” said Arizona Tennis Classic founder Jonathan Levine. “The energy throughout the week, paired with the passion of Phoenix’s tennis fans, creates an experience that feels both electric and uniquely personal.”

Beyond the baseline, the Arizona Tennis Classic continues to make a meaningful community impact. Operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the event has raised more than $500,000 to support Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Serve the Future, an organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth in the Valley through tennis.
