KITZBÜHEL/STARNBERG, October 21, 2025
Ticket sales for the 82nd edition of the Generali Open Kitzbühel have officially begun this week — and the tournament is already serving up a major highlight. World No. 16 and 2025 Kitzbühel champion Alexander Bublik has announced his return to the famous clay courts of Tyrol in 2026.
From July 18 to 25, 2026, the charismatic Kazakh will attempt to defend his title in the Gamsstadt, much to the delight of tennis fans who can already look forward to his unique blend of flair, unpredictability, and humor. Bublik captured the hearts of the Kitzbühel crowd last summer with his spectacular shot-making and relaxed charisma — and he’s showing no signs of slowing down. Currently ranked 16th in the world, the eight-time ATP Tour champion is enjoying an exceptional season and recently cruised to a straight-sets win over Chile’s Alejandro Tabilo in his first-round match at the Erste Bank Open in Vienna.
In Kitzbühel, Bublik claimed back-to-back titles in 2025, following his triumph in Gstaad, and it’s clear that the Tyrolean mountain air left a lasting impression. “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Alexander Bublik back to Kitzbühel,” said tournament director Alexander Antonitsch. “Our 2026 date fits even better into the ATP calendar, and we’re already seeing strong interest from several players.”
Early-bird discount: 24% off until Christmas
As anticipation builds for Austria’s summer tennis highlight, fans can now secure their tickets — and save money in the process. Until Christmas, all Category B tickets are available at a 24% discount.
There’s another good reason to book early: last year, the Kitzbühel Center Court was sold out four days in a row. With its unique mix of world-class tennis, festival atmosphere, and summer holiday vibes, the Generali Open remains one of the most special events on the ATP Tour calendar.
