Amanda Anisimova has today entered the WTA Top 10 for the first time in her career following her debut Grand Slam final at Wimbledon over the weekend.
The American’s performance at The Championships has secured her a rise to No.7 in the PIF WTA Rankings, making her the second player this season to crack the elite Top 10 ranking bracket after Mirra Andreeva in February.

Anisimova has enjoyed an outstanding 12 months on the Hologic WTA Tour. In addition to her Wimbledon success, which saw her defeat PIF WTA World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka in the quarterfinals, 2025 has seen her win her debut WTA 1000 title at the Qatar TotalEnergies Open in Doha and finish as runner-up at the WTA 500 HSBC Championships at London’s Queen’s Club.
The 23-year-old also has PIF WTA Ranking points contributing from making the final at the WTA 1000 National Bank Open presented by Rogers at Toronto last season.
