The NECKARCUP 2.0 will feature an exciting line-up. Organizers have released the Official Player Acceptance List for the 2025 edition of the award-winning ATP Challenger Tour 100 event, confirming a high-caliber lineup that includes a mix of Top-100 stars, seasoned professionals, and rising young talents.

Leading the entry list are three players ranked inside the ATP Top 100:

  • Botic van de Zandschulp (ATP No. 85), former World No. 22 from the Netherlands

  • Luca Nardi (ATP No. 95), the 21-year-old Italian who reached a career-high of No. 67 in March 2025

  • Pablo Carreño Busta (ATP No. 98), a former World No. 10 from Spain and one of the tour’s most experienced competitors

Returning to the NECKARCUP are two former champions looking to lift the trophy again: Sumit Nagal (India), who triumphed in 2024, and Bernabé Zapata Miralles (Spain), the 2021 winner.

The German contingent is once again strong, with 13 players entered across the main draw and qualifying, including established names like Yannick Hanfmann and Maximilian Marterer, as well as exciting young prospects such as Justin Engel, Marko Topo, and Max Hans Rehberg. Of these, only Hanfmann has secured a direct entry into the main draw.

Among the standout international entries are several familiar names:

  • Albert Ramos-Viñolas (Spain), former World No. 17

  • Marco Cecchinato (Italy), former World No. 16

  • Dusan Lajovic (Serbia), experienced ATP Tour competitor

  • Dominic Stricker (Switzerland), one of the most promising talents of his generation

  • Jacopo Berrettini (Italy), younger brother of Matteo Berrettini, continuing his climb on the professional circuit
