Conchita Martinez, Tournament Director, said: “Fans of all twelve nations now have the chance to come and watch their team during what will be a hugely exciting week in Seville. Being part of the Billie Jean King Cup Finals is a very special experience for everyone, so sports fans from Andalucia and across the world should book their tickets right now.”

As announced last month and based on feedback from players, captains, fans and broadcasters, the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup Finals will see the introduction of a revised format, replacing the round robin group stage with a knockout competition, similar to the Davis Cup Final 8. Eight teams will begin in the first round, with the four seeded teams receiving byes to the quarter-finals.

For the first time, the Billie Jean King Cup and Davis Cup Finals events will run consecutively, with a minimal overlap. The 2024 Billie Jean King Cup second semi-final and the final will be played on the 19th and 20th November, the same days as the first two ties of the Davis Cup Final 8 in Malaga (19-24 November).

The Billie Jean King Cup Finals start date has been moved from Tuesday 12 November to Wednesday 13 November to optimise viewing and attendance figures.

The four seeded nations receive a bye to the quarter-finals. The unseeded nations will contest four first round ties. Ties at the Finals consist of three matches: two singles matches followed by a doubles match.

All timings CET and subject to change.
